UNION BANK OF INDIA Specialist Officer Recruitment 2013 – Apply Online for 349 Vacancies

Current opening is for specialist officers including backlog reserved vacancies for SC/ST OBC and person with disability.

Union Bank of India Recruitment 2013 details

Union bank of Indian invites online application from eligible candidates to fill 349 specialist officer vacancies in 2013. Online application can be filled from 03-04-2013 onwards. These vacancies are for the post of Asst. General Manager (IT), Chief Manager (IT-Network), Senior Manager (IT-Network), Credit Officers---MMGS-III, Printing Technologist, Security Officer, Company Secretary and Economists.  These posts are divided among Grade V, Grade IV, Grade III and Grade II. Vacancies for each posts are as follows
   

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit Criteria: Candidates willing to apply for any of these posts should be of required age limit as given in notification. Age limit for post of Asst. General Manager (IT) is Min 21 and Max 45 years, for post of Chief Manager (IT-Network)-Min 21 and Max 43 years, for Senior Manager(IT-Network), Credit Officers-MMGS-III and Printing Technologist age should be between 21 years to 40 years. For company secretary and economist, age should be between 21 years to 35 years and for security officer minimum age is 21 years and maximum age 50 years.  Relaxation to candidate of SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXM categories will be allowed as per notification.
 
Minimum Educational Qualification requirement : Candidates for each posts should note down the minimum educational qualification as provided in notification.
 

Selection process of specialist officers :

Selection of candidates will be made on basis of written exam / personal interview/Psychometric test/ group discussion. Written exam may be conducted online or offline as decided by bank. Candidates will be informed according to that. If written exam will be held, it will be of 250 Marks carrying 250 questions to be completed in 150 Mints. Selected candidates will be on probation period of 2 years from date of their joining. Also candidates required to serve a security bond of Rs. 250000 for a period of 3 years. How to apply for the specialist officer post :

Only online applications will be accepted through bank website. Candidates required to visit bank website http://www.unionbankofindia.co.in/ , download the notification and take printout of that. Now the applicants are required to fill the Challan form attached with notification on page 24 and pay Rs. 250 (For Gen and OBC, 50 for others)as application fees to any Branch of Union bank of India. 

After depositing fees bank will return copy of challan and candidates are now ready to fill the application online. Visit the website http://www.unionbankofindia.co.in/ and point your mouse to "ON-LINE APPLICATION FOR SPECIALIST OFFICERS—2013”. Fill the details required and submit. Take printout of submitted application form to be used for future references. Application can be filled online till last date 23.04.2013.
