What is Corporate Governance?

  • The way in which a Company is governed and how it deals with the various interest of its customers, shareholders, employees and society at large.
  • Corporate Governance is the set of processes, customs, policies, laws and institutions affecting the way a corporation (or company) is directed, administered or controlled (ie) 
  • It is defined as the general set of customs, regulations, habits and laws that determine a firm should be run in smooth way. The rules and regulation adopted by a company and their employees.
