AXIS Bank Young Banker’s Recruitment Program 2013 - 2014 - Apply online

Recently the Axis Bank has declared the 4^th Young Bankers Recruitment Program. This is a yearly event and it is very much comparable to the PO recruitment. While there is a common exams held by the public sector banks through IBPS for filling the vacancies, the Axis and ICICI Bank have aligned with Manipal Global Education in order to provide appointment to the candidates and to train them.

This program comes as a relief to many youngsters who are seeking for private bank jobs. On the completion of training the individual joins Axis Bank as the Assistant Managers.

Important Dates

• The last date for the online application is 14^th April 2013.
• Other dates like, online examination date, interview and joining dates would be announced later.

Eligibility For The Post

Find below the eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the post.

• As on 1^st January 2013, the age of the applicants should not be more then 25 years.
• The applicant must at least be a graduate with minimum 55% marks in any degree.
• The ST/SC/OBC/PWD applicant must fulfill the above two criteria. There are no relaxations for them.

What Is The Process of Selection

There would be a 2 hours online aptitude exam that will cover the following subjects.

1. English Language
2. Logical & Reasoning
3. Computer Awareness
4. Numerical/Quantitative Ability

The candidates who successfully qualify the online examination are called for personal interview. The applicants would be informed through email regarding exam date, time and venue of the exam.

Training Program and Joining

The shortlisted candidates must undergo nine months of training which is held at Manipal Banking Training Campus which is in Bangalore. The training involves classroom lectures, assignments and seminars, case studies along with 3 months of Internship at Axis Bank.

The cost to pursue this program is Rs. 3.30 lakhs. The candidates can either take a loan from the bank or pay this amount individually. During the training program, the candidates get a stipend of Rs. 5000 and during internship the candidates are paid Rs. 12000.

Click on it and fill the application form. If you have registered in the previous year, you may directly log in by using your id and password that you have created earlier. On successful submission of form, an email will be sent to you that you will have to preserve for future communication in order to track the status.
